This means you don’t have to download external software or try to run a program in Parallels, it just works – the first time and every time. To take a screenshot of your whole screen, you will press: Command + Shift + 3 at the same time.

ScreenShot just a selection on Macs
To take a screenshot of just a selection of the screen, you will press: Command + Shift + 4 at the same time. Then, you will highlight the area you want to capture and you're done!
